Empowering Migrant Workers, Students & Families to Thrive in the UK

At Migrant Support Network, we are committed to making the UK a safer and fairer place for migrant workers, international students, and their families.

Our work focuses on supporting migrants...

Our work focuses on supporting migrants.

Our work focuses on supporting migrants in highly exploitative and low-paid sectors such as health and social care, hospitality, food production, agriculture, construction, and cleaning, as well as international students navigating life in a new country.

We know the struggles faced by many migrant communities aren’t just individual, they’re systemic. Migrants are being charged thousands of pounds in illegal recruitment fees for jobs that never existed, leaving them in serious debt or displaced and without work. Others experience debt bondage, unlawful wage deductions, and pay below the legal minimum wage, often while being forced to work beyond their contracted hours for no extra pay.

At Migrant Support Network, we provide free, one-to-one support tailored to individual needs. Whether you’re seeking help understanding your rights at work, navigating local services, or overcoming challenges in education or employment, our team offers practical guidance, advocacy, and referrals to trusted legal professionals where appropriate.

Services

  • One-to-one guidance on employment rights and workplace concerns
